i found that all purpose putty is easier to work with rather than actual bondo...but ya i just purchased a gialla so im gonna work on this grill as soon as my gialla comes in....

What I would do:

Get expandable foam that gets hard, once it hardens just shape it down shape, put a light layer of fiberglass, and a light layer of bondo, shape it down to the exact shape and repaint the grille.

yup he could make some money, this could easily be done with a plastic welder, filler, and sanding

i know theres a certain compound that will melt the abs plastic to make it stick then u can use a filler to then shape t and sand it but i dont know what compound make it melt and stick at the same time....

as far as i know, the process is easy but time consuming. as a result, it's just not worth it for randy to be producing these grilles with his busy schedule.
