Which color should I paint my OEM emblemless grill?

I have almost completed making an OEM emblemless grill and plan to take it to the paint shop soon. Bigc and I decided to work on this together and we are both getting pretty close to being done (DIY will be posted once we have the grills finished and have them on our rides). Now I'm trying to decide what color to paint it. See below for pics of a similiar style grill that inspired this project and pics of my car. Most people that have this grill paint it black. I'm leaning towards either BS or DG because I'm not sure that I would like black on Lakeshore Slate. What do you think?

Bought the grill from another member in the marketplace. Wanted to have an extra one to work on so I wouldn't have any down time with the one on my car and I didn't want to screw the one on my car up either.

This is a no-brainer for me.

Keeps it classy, IMO.

No, it's not BS. It's been some time since I've seen it in person....but I want to say it was almost like a brushed aluminum type finish...without the actual brushed aluminum - LOL.

I'll call Chris and find out...
