How do you remove the cover for Door Panel light on a 05 G35 Coupe?

I keep trying and it feels like it's going to break. I'm using a pretty small flathead as well?

Anyone have any tricks?

thanks for the info..however i think i used too much force and i actually broke it but it's off now = )
