The first one is one of UTR's spoilers.

The second is a Gialla spoiler.

I just bought a gialla, its about $450 and the cheapest I've ever seen and it takes 4 months to come from Japan so I have 3 more to wait.

You overpaid by ~$100

$364.50 is the cheapest I've found.

The Gialla would be 10x better if it was flush with the trunk.

Either way, its easily the best spoiler I have seen for a g35 coupe.
