Whats the best solution for this?

I have a replica bumper Kenstyle and i want to put my liscense plate in the front what i want to do is to try to glue it together so it would hold the plate or maybe drill a hole but kinda risky to do it and it will leave a crack in the front. Or what do u guys think i should do?
