How Do I Paint/Customize My Engine Cover?

There are other threads that talk about it, believe me I searched but there was no step by step instructing on what supplies to use.

So anyone with some info, please tell me the following information.

-What Kind of Paint is Best for this?

-What Kind Of Tool Are they using to cut the plastic?

What steps, meaning, Primering? Sanding? Etc...?

How is this done?

to paint:

Sand down the cover with sand paper (600)

Blow off the dust

Wipe cover with alcohol or paint thinner

Prime it with any primer for plastic

Paint with any paint for plastic

Paint with any paint for plastic

Paint with any paint for plastic
