LED Door Sills. Where to find?

I have just bought an 04 G35 Sedan, but I haven't received it yet. It's being shipped from Ft. Lauderdale to my home in The Bahamas. I'm going to have a bunch of questions once I actually get the car, but this one I can ask ahead of time.
I'm not really into heavy modifications, but a friend of mine has a Mercedes E500 that he installed aftermarket door sills on. The sills are brushed steel with the MB logo cut into them and are obviously wired to the door switch. When the door opens, the logo is lit with blue LEDs. I think it looks razor sharp! Has anyone seen these or something similar for Infinitis? Anyone know where to find them?

Found some, but price sucks!

After I posted the question above, I found some here:

Wow, $449 for a pair? Plus $75 if you want any color but blue? I don't think so. My new question is whether anyone knows where to get these things for a reasonable price?

Your friend if he drives an E-Class, G-Wagon, and I think a few more models has a factory option of installing those.. those are PITA to install and are wired to the rear fuse box in the trunk of the car.. But they are factory.

We had something for the G a while back (blue light up "INFINITI" or "SKYLINE" door sills) but I havn't seen them around for over a year.. You can purchase Carbon Fiber Sills off of e-bay for around $100

Thanks for the response. Forgive my ignorance, but what does "PITA to install" mean?

Dang! $449 + $75 for orange to match the interior is way steep. And all they say is "G35". More cool would be duplicating the factory INFINITI name.
I had illuminated sills on my 04 Crossfire, and they were a great upgrade but were only $250 for the pair.
Too bad someone doesn't offer these at a reasonable price.
