dude... why not get 2 grilles... and then use the top and bottom lines (things w/ bumps) to replace the ones in the middle... that way we preserve bumps ...

lol anyone have an extra i could *** w/?

I tried to replicate the bumps the best I could but as you can see from these pictures they are gonna need alot more work...




I used epoxy then spread bondo over it and sanded

just take your time man - keep at it until you can hold it up at different angles and see that the lines match (or until you're happy with it ).

also, it'll be much easier to finish the bumps if you cut the backing out first.
