Take mine, lower it so it lines up with the Impul sides, and make the front lip stick out just a bit more. No side markers and you are good to go. Let me help you with it as I would want to replace it with mine.

The 06 bumper is the best bet IMO. The important thing is that it stays the same as the 06 sprt bumper BUT instead of increasing the opening upwards, it just opens down more to give it a lowered look. I see some chops like in the post above where it was opened upwards and it doesnt look good IMO. Compare the two chops and use the hitch cover on the bumper as a reference point.
