The previous owner of my G put in 5% tint in, and although it looks nice from the outside, i am sick of not being able to see out my windows at night. Plus I have been pulled over twice now for it, and although I talked my way out of a ticket, I do not want to have to pay a fine for this. I am perfectly happy with no tint at all.

So, how should it cost to get the aftermarket tint removed? I need to search for a tint shop, but I'm curious. Anyone ever done this? Can you tell there was tint there?

 

Hey, i just removed tint on my STI last month cause my sister got a fix-it ticket. I only had to remove the fronts and they cost me 30 bucks. 15 a window. So it should be around there. Your probably looking at 60-80 bucks to remove the tint.

Or you can do it yourself, they have tint remover stuff at car part stores.

The front windows did not look like they had tint removed, so don't worry about that.
