Signal Mirrors Requested

Hi All,

I just installed Muth signal mirrors on my GMC Sonoma. Boy are they "kewl" and a very easy install. They totally replace the mirror glass in the housing with the new signal mirror glass. Muth makes the mirrors for a lot of different cars but not our G35. They have a request site where you can go to put in a request that they build a kit for the Infiniti G35. I just did that at http://www.kwmuth.com/vehiclerequestform.htm . Maybe if more of us did the request, we would be able to get the mirrors.

I'm in as long as its covers...and if its not my heated mirrors need to still be functional.

I've been trying to get these for the coupe since I bought my car.

This looks interesting and is something I might go for, although the price ($250+) is a little high. Here is a pic of what we're talking about..

Japanparts don't have any available for the G. Someone posted a Japanese site on here awhile ago that had some for the G but I emailed them about a group US buy and they never responded.

Re: Signal Mirrors Requested

Unfortunately, the "real deal" JDM part does not have any visibility from the rear, and has marginal visibility from the side. Other than "looking different", mostly from the front, they are not terribly functional.

These mirror types would seem to be very functional, but the price is definitely high.
