Having trouble removing rear plate (seized )

This happened to me 4 years ago, so I bought new oem hardware, same issue now... is there a retrofit out there to make the license plate easier to remove? Last time vice grips helped, I just wish I could have a simple nut that stays put and doesn't move making it a pita to remove the dang plate!

I had the same problem a few years ago, couldn't get the screws out.....
I had to drill the head off. This time I went with plastic screws.....no chance of them seizing up like the cheap metal ones I got from Infiniti.

I thought I was the only one who had that problem when I bought the car used 2 yrs ago. The nut seized on the bolt, thus could not budge at all. I used pliers and pulled the bolt out with all my might. The dang bolt and nut finally came off, and I replaced them with a good set of Allen wrench license plate bolts from Autozone (no nuts needed).
