Door sill replacement?

Is there an aftermarket replacement or vendor that has an option for the door sills? Mine are getting pretty beat up. I thought I recalled an illuminated version, but the search button doesn't like me very much. Suggestions...

That vendor that sold Illuminated version hasnt been around since 05 =(

E-bay has them and E-bay also has CF door sills too
