I can run a group buy now, take deposits and it'll be done within the year.

If not, doubt it will get done this year.

Expect it to be on the high end of that range.

The group buy allows it to be on the market sooner. It's a trade off to getting your bumper at a fixed price.

However, with sufficient real interest (people with deposits) the pricing would have room for adjustment.
