Tips on painting inside of headlights

I want to paint the inside of the headlights black on my coupe but it seems like its a pain to do does anyone know if it is or not. and any tips on doing it
?

it's not that hard. most of the work will be in taking the headlights apart and putting it back together.

Headlight Flicker then goes out. Looks like a ballast problem.
