I have the factory service manuals and they are junk. Your 06 will be like my 05 and while those tips will work, here's what worked for me.

After you pull the row of plastic clips on top take a long straight slot screwdriver and angle it in to the upper outer captive fastners one on each side and turn it 90 degrees to the left and thet will free them. Then angle the whole grill out from the top and you'll be able to see the long lower clip fastners on the bottom row from the top rear of the grill. Carefully push each down by hand about 1/8th inch and pull the grill out in the spot, they are easy to break and a screwdriver will do it faster then your hand. Repeat accross the bottom row until all are released and the grill is free.

When you reinstall it line up the bottom row and upper outer two and push it in in all spots and reinstall the upper clips.
