Those LED's in the headlights look great! do yopu have a write up?

 

That shop is my office- we have storage for cabinet samplezzzz That i use as a air conditioned garage when I need it.

Here's what you have to do.

Put in oven- 4 minutes @ 325...
take apart.
Paint shiney silver thing primer + black
dont mess up
put (14) 5 LEDs in the clearence strip (which is also painted black)
wire them to the parking lights
bake for a few minutes @ 325 again to seal them back up.
Don't mess up.

Then send pictures to your mom who will reply "it looks a little mexican"

 

If anyone wants this done to their headlights you can ship them to me and I can do it in like one or two days. Can get it color matched too if you'd like.

Thanks- Only about half way there. I'm going to use the money from projector project to put meth injection in and fix up my body kit a little bit.

 

Nice! I especially like the fact that you use your recycle bin as a shorty workbench like I do. The underside of my blue bin has primer over spray all over it. LOL

 

What kind of paint should be used to paint the headlight? And is any sanding necessary?

 

any more information on how u did the LEDs???

 

Where did you get the LEDs from? Did you use any resistors?
