Good or Bad Tint Job? Dot Matrix Application
I don't think the installer did anything "special"; just simply tinted over it. No clear glue or sanding. This is the first time I've ever had a car of mine tinted. The film is Johnson Window Films Greystone 30.
The tint was applied last Saturday here in the Seattle area.

I found the following when trying to see if the Dot Matrix application was good or not, and I think mine looks closer to a good job, at least according to this tint shop/site:

A good tinter can get it to stick to the dot matrix. Mine does in 99% of the areas
im using formulaOne and that **** is flawless on the dot
