i have a nismo front and the tow hook cover is slightly bigger than the hole. what should i use to shave it?

 

same thing happened to me. the shop used sand paper to shave it down, then repainted the cover. you can probably get away with using touch up paint on the edges if you don't want to bother with having a shop do it for you.
