Quick question about the G35 Coupe 04

What color has the front parking light. orange or red?
What color has the rear turn light, red or orange?

Here in Norway we need to have orange turn light in the rear, is there any year taillights that have orange turn lights?, i know the Skyline 350gt has.
Where can i get taillights with orange turn lights?
