if you were them (the people with pictures of their cars being used on this guy's advertisement), then why would you report it to ebay or go straight to the guy and demand commission if at the same time you believe he's not stealing because the pictures posted on the internet are "fair game" (which they are not, by the way)?
I used to email people that were biding on stoopid shyt like this and tell them how they were getting ripped off. Well, eBay put a stop to that. I guess so many sellers complained about it. You just know I was not the only one doing it.
