Fog lights help

So i decided it was time to change my fog lights. i didnt want the yellowish color the stock fog lights had, i wanted that xenon look. i went out and bought the Sylvania Silverstar Ultra 9006. I installed them myself and it wasnt that hard. i just took the old ones out and put these in. so i start up my car and turn on my fog lights and they still have that yellowish color their just a little brighter. i was wondering if anyone knew the problem with this. could it be the fuse doesnt give enough power to the light?

I upgraded the headlamps in my 04 to the 06 and put the Silverstars in them and mine is the same way. I don't think it is an electrical problem. My guess is that the Silverstars just don't match the color temperature of the HID bulbs. It kind of irritates me too but after the hassle swapping the lamps out I don't feel like getting in there and pulling the wheel well linings to put in a different kind of bulb, I'll just wait until the Silverstars burn out.

NOTHING that has a filament will match the color of a glowing plasma.
