Problem: Headlights not working, Fog lights still on

As the title states, I've got a rather strange problem. I have no rewire on my fog lights, still OEM wiring. When the switch is turned to the 3rd positon--headlights and foglights both on--the fog lights turn on like normal, but the headlights do not.

All of the bulbs in the front end were replaced at the same time, roughly 2-3 months ago, and we (me and a friend) were VERY cautious not to touch the lights, using seran-wrap when handling them. The bulbs I used were standard Sylvania's.

1.) No other lights are malfunctioning.

2.) Both headlights stopped working at the same time, so I don't think it's the bulbs.

3.) I can't imagine it being the switch, as the fog lights still turn on like normal.

I did have to jump start my car once, but I can't imagine that being the answer either.

I looked for a fuse and, unless I'm blind, there is no headlight fuse. Is this really the case?

Unfortunately, I have no idea WHEN they went out, as my fog lights are at least 75% of my light output, being Sylvania Ultra's. The hi-beams still work as normal.

Any advice or suggestions?

did you try the "hidden" fuse box in behind the battery?

Yup, that was actually the first one I checked, lol. Afterwards I figured, "that can't be ALL of the fuses!", then I found the kickpanel fuse box.

Oh, and another thing, I also just replaced the battery, after the headlights started malfunctioning--so it's not a low-voltage issue.

I'm very stumped here. I'm gonna start tagging wires with a multimeter tomorrow and see what I can, or can't, find.

There should be a relay for the headlights I don't think they would route all of that power through the switch.
