Help Installing Ings spoiler (with OEM spoiler holes)

I bought an authentic INGS rear spoiler. Is it possible with the holes from the 04 oem spoiler? How do I get the old spoiler off and how do I install the new one? thanks!

fill the holes in with rubber plugs or have the holes welding in.

pull the panel of under the trunk, theres a few bolt there. then unplug the 3rd brake light, and pull the wing off. besides the bolts its held by some STRONG double sided tape, so its a pain to pull off.
