Blackout Headlight Need Help!

Alright so im plannin on finally puttin in the work and painting the inside of the headlight. My question is with the amber turn signals (not the corners). I read up and it seems like some people used some sort of plastic fillament? Is it better to just do this or try and get an all new LED?

assuming you are painting an 03-05 reflector set...... the best way to get rid of the amber turn signal lens is to either dremmel it out and sand it down before you paint..... or just cover it with custom round vinyl overlays...

I have an 04 matte black set for a coupe at home all finished with the ambers dremmeled out..... if you are interested

I dremeled mine out, didn't replace the lens. I got a LED from V-LED's that stays on white while blinks amber.
