Based on my experience with having PDR done, my guess is no because it's too close to the edge of the fender, but take it do the dealer and ask their PDR guy.

A good tech should be able to fix that dent to 98% or close too. A bad tech will make it worst then it is now. Just have to find a good tech to start with.

+1, but i would say just take it in and just ask. worse case scenario they refer you to a body shop.

Yes. I had a dent on the crease of my front fender on my 2004 Mazda3 and my friend had a crease on the rear fender of his 2007 Altima and the same PDR guy knocked them both out. Mine was 100% my friends was like 99% back to perfect.

A good PDR person can do awsome things you would never think that would work. But imo not this one I have welded 5+ querter panels on G's and that is a bad spot. Sorry
