Need Help!!

I am making this thread b/c I have searched and searched and have not found an answer...

I recently installed my Mastergrade 1 CF trunk and it is double sided carbon fiber and VERY lightweight therefore I could no longer use my OEM trunk shocks...

Does anyone know where to find the same size shocks with less PSI rating or if there is a way to modify the OEM ones so that they won't push the trunk lid up...

thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out!!!!

There is a way to release the pressure in your OEM shocks, but it's not something I would recommend someone who's never done it before.

Do you know who would be able to and a ballpark as to how much it would be or perhaps I should get the trunk shocks for an OEM trunk that came w/o the spoiler???

I just want to be able to use my trunk again!!!

I dont know of anyone that would release the pressure in your OEM shocks. Have you tried just using one of the stock shocks?
