Hole in front bumper.

I just picked u my G from Carmax yesterday, and among one of the first things I did was take off the front license plate frame (car came from Cali). The front bumper was obviously not stock.

I thought I would only have two small screw holes but instead I have a hole that came with the front bumper apparently.

This bumper has a little insert, but I want to know is it possible for a body shop to seal it up (along with the screwholes too), and how much would this all cost?

Looks like an OEM bumper with mesh inserts.

Maaco gave me a quote for $300. Dude said he would have to mold material in there and re-paint the front bumper.

Sound legit?

That is most definitely a stock front bumper. This is the tow hook hole, or something like that. Usually there's a piece of plastic that goes in it's place. I imagine you could order a painted one for MUCH cheaper then 300 bucks!! Also even if you find one the wrong color, shouldn't be much to have it painted!!

I don't know if this will work since it's for a sedan (not sure if you have a sedan) but, here

new bumpers are definitely not going to be cheaper than $300 unless you find a deal on a used one. I'd recommend having your body shop fill it and repaint the whole bumper and even blend in the paint to the hood/fenders to get a good match, otherwise just plug the holes with touch-up painted plugs and put the tow hook cover back on and you'll be good... also lose the mesh grilles

I just ordered the cover from infinitipartsusa.com.

I know you can get Nissan's exact cover up paint as well.

I still do want them to fill the screw holes, but I"m not sure if he'll try and rape me on that as well.

Thanks for the tips everyone.

if you're getting the holes filled, you must repaint the whole bumper or else it will look awful

I've seen Nissan's touch up paint somewhere on the web.
