Guys, someone backed into me in the parking lot today. Thank God the damage was superficial. No note or anything and my insurance has a $500 deductable so I think I'll just pay out of pocket. The damage was not too bad since the clear bra protected the paint, but there is now a crease mark over the bumper at the site of the impact. The crease mark is about 6" long vertically and not very deep, but it's very visible. Is there anyway to 'bend' the bumper back into its original shape without going through the sanding, filling and painting process?

PLMK, thanks.

Re: Help, creased front bumper
I've had a Horizontal license plate imprint on my front bumper for over a year thanks to some dillhole. I've tried everything. You can't take a picture of my damage since it won't show up. Will yours show up? It might be more severe.

dun feel bad bro.. happens to all of us.. especially in the boston area.. if there is no crack or loss paint you can prob get it pushed out or sumpin. Try taking off the bumper and give it a shot yourself.. if not then maybe take it to a shop. its shouldnt be too expensive since there is no cracks or damaged paint

Thanks, I am going to take it to a good shop as soon as I get my car back. I am really hoping it can be fixed, it just ruined my weekend. Felt sick to my stomach when I saw the damage.
