New but need help painting rear bumper bottom piece

Im new to this so does anyone know if theres a thread on this or maybe could help me out. I have a 04 g35 coupe and I want to paint the piece from my rear bumper I just dont know the step to doing it. So if you could help I would appreciate it. Thanks

Oh yeah...I remembered you told me to check this website out. I wanted to see if i could just do it myself sometime this week. Im gonna give it a shot but if i need any help ill just hit you up so you could do it.. thanks though

Oh quick question. How much did you have to sand the bumper down?
