Need help painting headlights

So... I have a red G35 coupe and want the headlights to match the car. I've read on some of the posts about baking the headlights to remove the seal but I haven't seen anything about re-sealing. If anyone could share the entire procedure with me, I would appreciate it.

What kind of sealant should I use to re-seal the headlights?
What temp/how long do I bake the headlight?
Is there anything I need to be careful of like getting condensation inside the headlight?

Please post any useful information. Thanks.

about 10 mins at 250 is the average temp, you can reuse the factory sealant it will heat up again and when you pull them out clamp some vice grips in the areas that need the most pressure, when it cools you will be fine

So the factory sealant will heat back up and then just put the casing back on and put some vice grips on it? I'm looking for a detailed explanation... I haven't done many DIY projects and don't want to screw it up. I haven't done much painting in general either. This is what I have so far... Bake the headlight at 250 for about 10 min... take the casing off.. sand the parts I want painted... (do I need a primer coat?)... paint a coat of enamel paint... paint a coat of clear-coat... let paint dry... bake the headlight again.... replace the casing... put vice grips on... let cool...

If anyone has done this and can lay out steps or give me a good link, please do

ive done over 10 sets of lights in my time and ive never had to use any other sealant. just reheat them and the factory stuff will seal them back up. also, i always go 20 mins at 250. they come right apart like butter.
