Ings lip for sports bumper

Ok so I purchased the Ings front lip from Arch industries and I was wondering (if anyone else bought it) how you put it on?.. Theres no mounting holes or anything.. just double-sides tape on the top of the lip lol.. if you, can you suggest anything? ...

and yes I would take it to a body shop but, i dont have the funds right now, so i wanted my friend to help me put it on and stuffs.. any help is appreciated. Thanks.

you got your order from arch? hows the quality?

as for installing it, it depends what your willing to do. you could drill 2 holes on each end where the lip meets the wheel well.

that's odd it should have mounting holes and bolts. PM them and ask.

Double sided tape wont hold it on... it will rip right off lol

if u only drill holes on the back of the lip to mount on the bumper it will rip off after u go 45+ mph even that double side tape wont do much.

we had a shop install pretty much everyones version of ings lip on my gfs car and they all flew off if they did not have the mounting bracket from the LP (besides the molded one we did)

Don't be scared over this. The way to mount it is with self taping screws on the side of the lip. The tape line you see on the lip is to simply line up the lip in the front. What actually holds the lip to your bumper would be the screws on the back of each side AND the small tab right behind the lip.

We have a customers lip in the shop right now getting painted and I can send you pictures of how it will be installed since you're not planning on painting it soon. His lip is going into the shop Monday and should be on rocking and a rolling by the following week (he's also picking up ing sideskirts).

I hope that addresses your concerns for the time being. I've never had a lip fall off my cars... A shop that does that kind of install doesn't expect returning customers LOL and should be out of business.

Kris: i forgot to PM you my paypal information after i posted the pictures of fitment for the INGS lip. got your ings lip ready for you... my paypal is sales@archind.com
