i have been to a body shop which my friends all said the stuffs and paint job there is cheaper than others.....but he told me it cost at least $700-$800 to paint the greddy's body kits....does it really cost that much? can somebody tell me the true price around for the greddy's body kit???

yeah the shops usually charge around that much

 

if you're talking about a whole kit (front, sides, rear) that's about right.. i got charged $350 for just my front bumper.

I've been shopping around myself and learned a few thing about body kit installs to consider...

For example, the average rate on install (depending on kit) typically runs about 1500.

I learned about getting your kid molded. This is a process where after you get your kit installed, they 'fill' in the lines to make it look like it is all one piece, giving it a cleaner look. This requires a lot of customization (so the shop says) and is much more expensive. I was quoted $2500 for a full body kit (all pieces including tail) installed and molded.
