Gialla or Impul rear spoiler install

I was wondering if either of these spoilers require drilling to install. I leased my G and the dealership and IFS told me that upon inspection at the end of the lease any modifications will have to be removed. The car has to be returned in its original form was what a rep. told me.
If drilling isn't necessary what adhesive is used, will it affect the paint, and what can be used to remove it?
Any input will be greatly appreciated.

I think with most spoilers you need to drill....unless it's a really small one then maybe some double stick 3M tape might do it.

I know Impul works off of double sided 3m tape. I don't know about the Gialla though...

Gialla side sills have to be drilled. I have it on mine. Speaking of double sided tape, I need to redo mine >
