Missing a screw on the rear left splash guard

Missing a screw on the rear left splash guard

Can anyone tell me where I can find the matching screw? I assume I need to get some tapes for the job, any recommendations?

Just take of the whole splash guard, clean it, and put new 3m tape on it and you're good to go.
