estimate on painting oem grill black?

I did it myself for about $15. Sand it with 220 grit paper and water to get it very rough and use andhesion promoter and then primer afterwards. Once the primer dries sand it again with 400 or 600 sand paper and use the paint of your choice. I used flat black cause I like it better that way. It not only came out perfect, it has yet to chip due to rocks or anything cause I did heavy coats of primer and even heavier coats of paint. Just be careful not to let the paint sag and take your time.
