guys...as some of u might know, I'm picking up my 07 black 6mt coupe tonight...and a front lip is going to be the first mod...

I did A LOT of searching before posting this thread, but it gave very limited results. what I have concluded is the following, correct me on any mistakes.

1)most lips are made for 03-05 coupes
2)other options are bumpers such as kuruma z, nismo, stillen...etc.
3)OEM is the best....

I found this diagram on an infinity parts site, and they sell this front CHIN spoiler for the 07 coupes...anyone have a REAL LIFE picture of this spoiler?? please help!

#13 is not the cosmetic chin spoiler you are thinking of. Think of it as more of a stop indicator. For example, when you pull into a parking space with those cement blocks. When you feel or hear it hit that piece, it means STOP. lol

is there or isn't there an OEM lip for the 07 COUPE!!

I don't like ebay, I don't like INGS (at least for the mods I'll do now...it wouldn't look right), I don't want to get a new bumper...

Assuming you have a sport bumper (remember, not all 06/07 coupes came with sport bumpers), then your choices are:

Data Systems Illusion style
Ings+1 style
Chargespeed Bottom Line

think of the 06-07 sports bumper as a 03-05 but with the 03-05 lip molded in

 

sport bumpers also have a vertex digna lip and an authentic data systems (not the illusion lip which looks look an 03-05 data lip) available

 

As far as I know, Data does not have an authentic lip for the sport bumper. Pic? Link?

I forgot about the Vertex - it's so uncommon. I like it a lot, though.

 

Are there any other good lips for the sports bumper? The chargespeed is sexy as hell, but $600 just for a piece of CF that will get scraped up? No thanks lol
