Sideskirt Installation Question

I have done a bit of looking but not finding any specifics on the following concern I have. I hope that my colleagues in the G35 community can assist me.

I have a set of side skirts that I plan to get painted and wanted to install them, however, the OEM skirt is connected from the SIDE by means of a clip style configuration. The use of the original holding brackets is out of the question as they are a bit damaged.

I would like to find out if there are set of standards that are used by some of you out there that you would recommend to 1. fill the square plug hole that is left in the car, 2. allows me to screw/set in the side skirt in a way that looks clean in the process.

Any suggestions are welcome, pictures would be even better. Thanks again.

These are a set of Kenstyle Sideskirts I picked up from Shane.
I am pairing this with the Kenstyle Rear I have on the G and K2 Front.

Think it should look ok.

I just picked up some of the same oem clips from riverside infiniti and screwed my sides into those.

I will look into that. I assume the hold has been pretty good for you?

Yep, no issues with it. I just used some touch up paint on the bolt heads to make them less visible.
