Car is 3 years out of production, resale values are dropping like crazy on 03 high mileage models, and people who can't afford to mod these cars correctly are buying them. Happens to every car a couple years down the line, the E46 M3 crowd is dealing with the same issue albeit to a lesser degree since their cars aren't going for $10k yet like ours is.

Bottom line is, who cares? You mod your car, they mod theirs. As long as everybody is happy with how they choose to mod it, I don't see a problem. If you're going for the exclusivity card, prepare to drop some serious coin every 2-3 years on a new car.

 

^ i agree, that just makes the ones that properly mod the car look better. Kinda like when you see hot girls with ugly *** friends so they get all the attention. Around here the g35 isn't really the car ricers go for, i go to alot of cruise car shows and i hardly ever see g35's i do see altimas, hondas, 350z's, lancers etc

You know its been really irritating me that people relate things on car with sophistication. I have seen some monster cars lambos and such with mods that should never be done. Guess what though im sure they have class.
