would 05-06 front bumper (sedan) fit on a 03-04 sedan?

 

No they are not interchangeable. Check out this thread, lots of FAQ here, its stickied in the 03-06 Sedan section.

From that thread:

"First off, you need to know that the 03/04 sedan is not the same as the 05/06 sedan. The hood, headlights, grille, fenders and front bumper is different and not interchangeable between the two unless you change everything I just listed!"
