Mesh Ducts for nismo bumper

Mesh Ducts for nismo bumper

Anyone got a DIY on how to paint the mesh that covers up the 2 ducts in the front?

easy!.. take em off... prep and rattle can!!

you will need a few coats... I used black caliper paint, last time round... much thicker!

well the thing is..the bumper didn't come with inserts for the mesh to stay on.so the body shop had to super glue it on

I would get a razor blade and try to cut through the glue. Even if you hit the bumper, it's on the backside and no one will see it.

yeahh,thats a good idea.but i dont really wanna take it off and glue it back on i was wondering if theres another way to just paint it with it on the bumper itself.

mask it off with newspaper and blue painters tape.

wtf?! they glued it on?... no spots for screws?.. strange. whered you get this bumper from?

as others have said above, mask it off and rattle can away!

That's a much better idea, take your time cause it's still much easier than removing the bumper/mesh to paint....

Way easier to just stick yesterdays newspaper behind the mesh, after you're done it goes in the recycle bin only sightly damaged....

dont get me wrong,the product was good. but the guys at my bodyshop had to do alot of work and take stuff from my old bumper just to make it fit.

ok guys just got done paintin over the weekend..it mismatched with a chrome grill...so i just decided to paint the grill also tell me what you guys think.

r u city of industry?!... This last pic you got up.. the blue black white sign... cant make it out, but I'm almost positively sure I did see this on the way to work this morning...

just trying to figure out which part of my route to work. is this side of the building facing valley by any chance?...

hahha btw, nice work... looks 100x better than the silver mesh/grille
