06 sport bumper lip

watsup guys, i looked around some of these threads about lips and couldnt really find what i was looking for so decided to start my own thread. id really want a bumper for my g but unfortunately i do not have the money to buy it then get it painted so i was just curious what lips are good and can tuffen my front end...i was possibly thinkin a carbon fiber lip but dont know how itd look, so if you have one let me know how it is and if not let me know what i can do besides a new bumper to give my front end a face lift. i just repained my aftermarket grill to go with my rims but it needs somethin more forsure.

Honestly bro IMO lips dont flow well with a sports bumper... well at least not the lips that I have seen...
Im running a sports bumper as well but to add a little difference I added these grills to it.

INGS lip, but you'd need aftermarket sides to match.

here is the ings lip on my 06 6mt DG. Just installed a couple weeks ago.
Hope this helps and give you an idea of what you may deal with, if you do reconsider having a chin onto your sport bumper.

I won't bull**** with you.....
no modifications were taken to install this. Straight from "Arch industries", painted and ready to install. It came with double sided tape on the back of lip and the fitment is really tight(right on direct). No gaps or loose ends.

However......

it is recommended to install some screws for a total secure fit, in case you accidently bottom out. And possibly the lip will/may fly off when driving at certain speeds, according to some drivers here(not going to snitch on names).
I know I should properly secure it, but im willing to take the risk. So far, as a daily driver 5 days a week and freetime on days off......the lip as caused no problems nor issues. For my taste, it is good enough for me.
And one more thing, as u can tell, the body is stock, even the side skirts. To me, the ings lip compliments the 06 stock body.

So yeah, hope these pictures will help u out deciding.

good luck brother.

It's an 07. Yeah it's Arch's poly ings lip for the sport bumper. Stock g is right about the fitment, it's a really tight fit.
