Hey guys, I'm not having the usual problem with lights, my clock's hands just aren't turning. And I can't turn them with the **** at all.

I bought a new clock off ebay, but I noticed I can't adjust it's hands with the **** either, its not plugged in yet.

I've heard that the analog dash clocks are controlled digitally, does anyone know why the clock might not be turning?

I tried for about a half hour to get the surrounding trim off, I tried grabbing beneath the temperature with my hands and pulling out. If I am going to use a screw driver, where do I place it exactly to keep from damaging the interior, are there any latches I need to press on?

I searched for a while trying to find a thread; wanted to fix it tonight. I appreciate the help in advance guys.
