I ordered the side skirts from ionic dynamics and am not too sure about the install. A friend is offering help as he's done side skirts for his Z. But can anybody tell me how to remove the OEM side skirts?

More info about the new side is that they are carbon fiber impul replicas and i would have to drill the holes

 

^^ Remove the bolts from the front wheel well liner. Then remove the bolts from the rear wheel well liner. After that, just pop it off, because the OEM sides are held in by these little white clips. Its really easy. Took me like 20 minutes to do both sides.

 

will the pieces snap? And any tips for the side skirts install?

 

They can. Pull it slowly and carefully

 

I had to drill to install my aftermarket side skirts. The ones I got from Concept Z did not come with the same white plastic clips that just snap in.
