Help with Paint?

Alright i have narrowed the choices down between the two colors i want. I just dont know to much about paint itself. I really want the car to pop almost like a candycoat. Maybe a pearl clear coat? Any suggestions are welcome as well as any colors you may want to throw out there. Heres the two colors. Thanks guys/girls.

Ultrasonic mica blue

Kinetic blue pearl

It looks super nice. my G is in the shop now I am painting it IS300 Metallic Graphite Grey Perl.

I would have like to paint it that super dark purple but I didnt want to have a grey engine bay and dont have enough money to get the engine pulled to paint the bay. But from the first time i saw the IS300 back in high school I loved that grey. Good luck with your Pick.

Thanks man. Thats the same issue that i am having. I plan on putting a new short block and turbo on when i sell my house so i will have to pull it anyways. I did a straight rattle can on my mustang when i pulled the engine and it turned out quite well.

yeah i am not sure what color yours is now but if you already plan on pulling the motor i would wait for the paint untill you can get the short block for it. or you are at a point where you can pull the motor and have the car down. Good luck mine has been sitting at the shop now since end of may I have been waiting on the all of the parts to get here I am taking the front bumper down monday and they can star to really work on the car.

I got eveything from StrafeSpeed. I got the INVEN front with CF lip, IM sides, StrafeSpeed rear (but I am going to have the side vents chaged) StrafeSpeed FG trunk and a AMS CF Slayer hood.

The vents I am gonna have made in to a single side vent. this is what i want it to look like I did a little photoshop on an a strafespeed rear.

Cool i appreciate the help. Yes, the cost is what worries me. I plan on spending between 3k-4k with my reenlistment bonus. I learned my lesson the hard way with the first kit i had painted. The shop messed up my skirts and it was still 1000 plus to get it painted and put on. You pay for quality with these kind of things. I still love the color on your car even if you are a Boston fan. The man cave in my house is going to be yankees colors when i get it set up lol. The garage is getting the giants treatment.
