Splitter for Kuruma Z
oh cut it out Hector LOL!
You know you want a splitter on yours now that you saw how mine came out
Maybe if you can convince me to drive to Jersey again I might help install it for you the way I did mine if you pick one up

I think the kuruma is beautiful as it is and I don't want anything taking away from its looks, like those metal bars. I also think that APR splittter sticks out too much.
I want the splitter for protection since my bumper be scraping everywhere, not for looks.
Well, it looks good on your car mike cause you're going for that aggressive look.

I've had my KurumaZ bumper on for several years and I've had it painted twice and continually keep it scratch free with touch up paint. You all know how low they are, why would you think you can add a splitter and have it survive? Twice in and out of my driveway and it would be toast! I scrape and 45 degree every time I inter or leave....not a great idea adding the splitter....

the people local to me know all too well my car is no garage or trailor queen. I drive mine daily and with the splitter I have about 3" of clearance from the bottom of the splitter to the top of the pavement. I love the way it looks and handles being as low as it is but I do have to be alot more careful of the road conditions where I drive. Exposed manhole covers and high speed bumps are instant reasons I have to change my route or direction depending on the severity of the situation. Sometimes I can go around the speed bumps and sometimes I can't. On some roads here the exposed manhole covers are like trying to navigate a mine field as compared to there only being one or two. Its the worst when they have exposed manhole covers and they don't paint the tops of them orange to show where they are.
I'm having my stock side skirts replaced with kenstyle sides and since the car got rear ended last week I switched to a chargespeed rear with carbon fiber diffuser section. I guess I'll post new pics once I get the car back end of the month
a splitter would protect the bumper in the sense that it would keep the bottom of the bumper scrape free. Its better to scrape up the underside of a splitter than your actual bumper. Not to mention it looks good while performing its job.
