i did that....ran 9 5mm led's up the inside and wired them all up in the end.

ha if you think thats complicated you would be completly lost with mine . Mine are custom built strips made to fit the curve of the housing with quality leds . They are also setup with my custom micro controller board to display different effects while parked and on a switch but automatically turn on when the lowbeams come on . They are also Rf controlled by a controller . Most advanced clearance strip you will see on a G . Took me a few months to finish and program .

yup yup my quads . quads is the least of the mods in there lol

So then yo don't have an led strip? Instead they're individual 3mm led's?

it is more or a led pcb board then one of those strips . Nope no cheap 3mm leds here . Im using high power cree superflux . They are in series of three when solid and switching to individually running to the microcontoller board . Very complex circuit .It also is not flexible but precurved non flexible copper etched out .

Also not IP . My own custom color . Its a House of Kolor white pearl with blue ghost pearl . In certain angles it turns blue .
