I had a 2001 250GT. All suspension parts from 2003 onwards G35 and Z33 350z will fit. Intake and exhaust from the G35 will technically fit 250GT as well, don't know about headers.

Be careful with power mods though, I could not find any ECU tuning options for this car and I don't know what effect beathing mods will have on the tune of the direct injection motor. Direct injection motors do complicated things with exhaust gas recycling and lean cruise which may require the stock intake and exhaust to remain in place. I had a high flow panel filter, replaced the big central muffler on the stock exhuast with a straight pipe and replaced the rear muffler with an aftermarket one. Gave it a nice V6 growl but no noticeable power gains.

In the end I gave up with the 250GT and bought a 350GT as there is a lot more support for this car. The 250GT is good for a daily driver / cruiser and looks good with wheels and lowered suspension but if you want power the 350GT is the way to go.
