That's an ( i Forged ) wheel

 

that wheel is made by i-forge, the style is called the aero... i personally would never buy anything from i-forge because of all the horror stories i've heard.

you should also check out the Volk SF-challenge, Ray's G-games, and RoJa (forgot style name), they are very similar wheels, and are much more reputable companies

The only horror stories are people getting impatient when waiting for their custom made wheels. I ordered my iForged wheels and got them 8 weeks later w/o any problem.
