Removal of side skirts an front bumper?

I need to remove my bumper and side skirts (06 sport skirts) to test fit my new parts. I just have no idea how to remove my stock parts.

Use the search, even google has very easy directions for this.

IMO, if you don't know how to remove OEM skirts and a bumper then you shouldn't be "test fitting" anything.
